Wabash Center is hiring a dependable Janitorial Worker to help keep two very different work environments clean, safe, and running smoothly.
This is a full-time evening position working approximately 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, five days per week. The specific days of the week may vary based on operational needs, but the role is designed to provide consistency and dependable hours.

The specific days of the week may vary based on operational needs, but the schedule is designed to provide stability, predictability, and dependable full-time hours.
Occasional daytime training sessions and staff meetings may be required.
What You'll Be DoingAs a janitorial worker, you'll take ownership of maintaining clean, safe, and professional spaces. Your work may include:
Cleaning and sanitizing offices, common areas, and restrooms
Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, spot cleaning, and floor buffing
Removing trash and restocking supplies
Dusting surfaces, washing walls, and cleaning windows
Maintaining sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards
Identifying and reporting maintenance concerns or safety hazards
Monitoring janitorial supplies and submitting inventory needs
Using commercial cleaning equipment safely and correctly
Following OSHA, facility, and organizational safety procedures
Show up on time and can be counted onWork well independently without needing constant supervision

Valid drivers license, valid insurance, and reliable personal vehicle required
Previous janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, environmental services, or facilities experience is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates with strong reliability and transferable experience.
Experience with commercial cleaning equipment, including floor buffers and vacuums, is a plus.
This is an active role that requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. Candidates must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Candidates must meet applicable background check requirements.
