Evonik is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor in the United States to lead 24/7 maintenance operations across production, quality, compliance and safety goals. You will supervise SAP Coordinators, allocate resources, and drive reliability and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong leadership and hands-on mechanical aptitude to interpret blueprints and P&IDs, with excellent communication and teamwork.
