Schedule- Offshore rotation
- Crew change location across Gulf of Mexico Coast

- A member of the construction team reporting to an Offshore Supervisor.
- Cut pipe with a beveling machine as directed.
- Measure and mark pipe for cutting and threading.
- Assemble or secure pipes, tubes, or related equipment by welding, brazing, soldering, or threading joints.
- Lay out full scale drawings of beams, angle irons and supports following isometric drawings.
- Cut, thread, or hammer pipes to specifications using cutting torches.
- Prior offshore construction experience REQUIRED.
- Prior structural fabrication experience preferred.
- Must be able to draw isometric drawings.
- Must be able to read isometric drawings and work from them.
- Experience using safe work habits.
Candidates will be required to pass a written pipe fitter assessment.
Physical Demands- Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl; and walk on uneven surfaces.
- MUST be able to swing on a rope to board offshore structures or vessels.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- MUST be capable of hearing audio warning signals.
- MUST be capable of wearing personal protective equipment, including hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
- Position requires working long strenuous hours.
Must be able to successfully complete the required pre-placement physical exam, lift capacity evaluation, pre-employment drug and alcohol test, and successfully enroll in DISA.
