Property Maintenance-HVAC Technician

Maintenance professional needed to handle building repairs, inspections, and HVAC system upkeep.

• Part Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 12:00pm)
• Flexible schedule M-Th, 4 hours between 8am and 4pm. Friday 8am-12pm

• Perform minor facility repairs, including painting and drywall repair
• Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs, including filter changes and unit maintenance and troubleshooting
• Complete basic plumbing tasks such as cleaning P traps and changing fixtures
• Replace light sockets and light fixtures as needed
• Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of building interiors

• Previous maintenance experience
• HVAC certification
• Ability to remove and install appliances
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
