The Arts at Broussard Crossing has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Maintenance Technician!!!
Responsibilities:- Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure apartment units are move-in ready
- Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools and community HVAC systems
- Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
- HVAC certification or experience with repairs/installs is preferred
- Must be able to perform on-call duties
- Prior industry/relevant experience is needed
