The (USA) Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services-DOT, is responsible for managing exterior facility operations while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, operating heavy machinery, and overseeing seasonal services such as snow and ice management. Promote a safe environment, and contribute to continuous improvements aligned with Walmart's operational goals.

Our team delivers comprehensive landscape and exterior maintenance services to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained facilities. We manage seasonal tasks such as snow and ice removal, equipment operation, and facility upgrades while adhering to safety and environmental standards. The team collaborates closely with management and third-party providers to maintain quality and efficiency. By focusing on continuous improvement and compliance, we support a productive work environment and contribute to the overall upkeep and enhancement of Walmart properties.
What you'll do:
* Operate and maintain facility exterior equipment, including heavy machinery and vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
* Perform seasonal exterior maintenance such as snow and ice management to maintain safe facility conditions.
* Lead and coach third-party providers, conduct quality inspections, and ensure completed work meets safety and quality standards.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00
* * The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Valid state-issued driver's license.
No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
