• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident apartments and common areas.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly utilized and stored according to safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries, providing exceptional service with a friendly and caring attitude.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing resident clothing and linens.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any maintenance issues or repairs within the community.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and respectful attitude towards residents and coworkers.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and resident needs.
• Crew leadership experience helpful.
