Position Summary:

Vintage Realty Company is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse for the community.

• Maintains a clean appearance of the grounds, clubhouse, office & common areas
• Assist with the cleaning of the on-site model apartment
• Assist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured
• Participate in the apartment make ready process as needed
• Operate in accordance with Federal Fair Housing guidelines
• Abide by OSHA standards
• Additional duties as assigned

• Ability to light manual labor and duties included above
• Previous Groundskeeping experience preferred
• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
