Residential Cleaner / Housekeeper

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Overview

Come Back Clean is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Residential House Cleaner to join our team. This role focuses on cleaning and caring for clients' homes during regular daytime hours, Monday through Friday.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values consistency, and understands that being welcomed into someone's home is a responsibility worth honoring.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to company standards
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and disinfecting tasks
• Change linens and make beds as assigned
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Properly use, transport, and store cleaning supplies and equipment
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients in their homes
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines

Qualifications

• 1+ year of house cleaning, housekeeping, maid service, or residential cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable working in clients' occupied homes
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• No nights, no weekends, no holidays
• Consistent weekly schedule
