What You'll Do

* Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain:

* Tractors, trailers, yard trucks, service vehicles, and shop equipment

* Complete work orders and basic diagnostics using electronic tools

* Repair or replace engine, drivetrain, electrical, communication, onboard tech, and minor HVAC components

* Identify needed parts and recommend repair solutions

* Follow all safety, company, and DOT requirements

* Communicate clearly with associates, vendors, and customers

* Monitor fuel deliveries, collect samples, and complete required paperwork

* Identify warrantable repairs and accurately document condition, cause, and correction

* Process warranty tags and claims per company guidelines

What You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

* Valid state-issued driver's license.

* Brake inspection qualification (per FMCSA Section 396.25)

* Vehicle inspection qualification (per FMCSA Section 396.19)

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2 years' experience in trailer inspection and mechanical repair

* Technical school level coursework in Heavy Duty Truck/Trailer Maintenance.

* Both Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). certification.

* 1 years' experience in computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing).

* Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications are a plus - but we will sponsor you to earn them if you are looking to grow!
