Manage work orders and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules;
Perform maintenance tasks including carpet cleaning, light electrical and plumbing work, PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, and caulking;
Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools;
Prepare rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs;
Follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest security; assist with public space janitorial tasks
