Maintenance Technician Contract Services Group is currently seeking a maintenance worker to fill a position in Laguna Beach, CA. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge and the ability to use standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment utilized in the cleaning industry.

Compensation Range: $18.00 - 19.50 per hour

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician

• Perform outside custodial duties
• Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties
• Knowledge of electrical repairs
• Minimum knowledge of plumbing
• A/C Certified is a plus or knowledge of A/C

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician

• Minimum 6 months of experience
• Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the janitorial cleaning industry
• Must be able to perform physical abilities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50 LBS
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
