Maintenance Assistant
Aegis of Laguna Niguel is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to assist the Maintenance Director in the general maintenance and repair of our assisted living community and works for the lowest-cost solutions to maintenance issues.
Schedule:
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00am 7:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and do preventative maintenance on mechanicals
- Prepare rooms for new residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, other staff, and Maintenance Director on updates or issues that need to be addressed
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of facilities and operations systems management in an assisted living and dementia care community
- Skilled at building relationships with residents and staff members
- Ability to maintain resident confidentiality
- Knowledge and/or ability to learn federal, state, and local regulations
- Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
Min Salary: USD $21.00/Hr.
Max Salary: USD $23.00/Hr.
