We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance and engineering operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will direct the daily maintenance operations for exterior and interior of the physical facility for the hotel, ensure the upkeep of all guest and service areas and to maintain them in proper working order and appearance. Maintain all standards, guidelines and required compliance with regulations, as well as provide quality customer service while assuring clean, safe and well-maintained front and back of house areas.
** Minimum Requirements
** Three (3) years' experience in the capacity of Chief Engineer of a full-service hotel or multiple properties.

** While base pay starts at $65,000- $70,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
