Kapalua, The Bay Course, located in Lahaina, HI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Houseperson! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$24.72 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete cleaning and maintenance duties including sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, trash removal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning

* Notify supervisor of needed supplies

* Remove trash from premises and assist with emergency cleaning as needed

* Properly utilize equipment and follow all safety procedures

* Maintain appropriate levels of cleaning and sanitary supplies for assigned areas

* Inspect clubhouse and surrounding amenities daily and report any issues to supervisor

* Follow all security procedures and precautions at all times

* Complete daily work orders in a timely manner

* Maintain equipment in good working condition

* Refill dispensers such as hand towels, toilet paper, and soap; clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and counters

* Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including emptying trash and ash receptacles, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture

* Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

* Perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching as needed

* Work in outdoor weather conditions as required

* Respond to emergencies in a timely manner

* Climb ladders and work at elevated heights when necessary

* Maintain a friendly and professional attitude

* Regular and reliable attendance

Extra Information:

Candidate must possess a valid driver's license.
