Airport Skycap Agent

Unifi Aviation, LLC seeks an Airport Skycap Agent to support Delta passengers curbside in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. In this role, you will greet travelers, lift and tag baggage, assist with wheelchairs and special needs, and guide guests through check-in and airport procedures. You'll operate baggage carts and equipment, follow strict security and safety standards, and provide reliable, courteous service that supports on-time operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers curbside and provide friendly baggage assistance
• Tag, lift, and transport luggage safely using carts and equipment
• Assist passengers with special needs, including wheelchairs and families
• Offer guidance on check-in, boarding, and airport directions
• Handle cash or card payments for skycap services and tips where applicable
• Follow all safety, security, and airline procedures and guidelines
• Communicate with airline and airport teams to support on-time operations
• Maintain a clean, organized curbside and work area
