• Walk the property daily and identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or any issues.
• Fix small maintenance tasks such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and perform simple paint or patch repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and manage trash runs.
• Prepare units for the next renter after move‑outs by sweeping, cleaning, and readying the space.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they function correctly.
• Assist customers on site when assistance is needed.
• Overall upkeep so the facility looks and operates smoothly.
