Cleaning by Design is a growing residential cleaning company based in Lake Charles, LA. We focus on delivering quality home cleaning services for busy families, helping them enjoy life without the stress of housecleaning. As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll start your day from home and travel to client residences within the Lake Charles area. Your workday runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with routes designed to minimize drive time. You’ll provide thorough, top-quality cleaning while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. The role keeps you active—walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day—offering visible results you can be proud of.

Unlike jobs with unpredictable hours or poor communication, we offer a stable full-time schedule with no nights or weekends. • Starting pay: $14/hour during training
• Regular pay: $18–$20/hour plus tips after training
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (32–38 hours/week)
• Weekly pay and paid time off
• Routes designed for reasonable drive times

• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background screening
• Smartphone for communication and scheduling
• At least 21 years old
• Commitment to full-time schedule and consistent attendance
