Support maintenance craft personnel through clear weekly plans, accurate job scopes, complete work packages, and alignment with REX standards and Target State expectations.

Ensure compliance with REX Material Management standards, including the kitting process, spare parts readiness, unused parts return, and coordination with warehouse, expediting, and material support functions.

Confirm all required labor, tools, parts, equipment, specialty devices, contractor support, and technical resources are organized and available prior to job execution.

Lead or support weekly planning meetings to review upcoming work, resolve constraints, confirm material readiness, and align maintenance execution priorities.
