GCHP is seeking a Porter to maintain grounds, interior and exterior common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks and alleyways to keep the property clean and safe. The Porter also assists in light maintenance when needed.
Education:
High School diploma or GED. 1–2 years of housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Must be well-organized, with dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Follow directives from the manager and maintain safety protocols.
