SRIM is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance director in keeping the community clean, safe, and well-maintained. Under minimal supervision, you will coordinate functions, respond to repairs, and assist residents with moving furniture when needed.
You will perform daily walk-arounds, handle emergency repairs within tech capabilities, assist with painting and minor building repairs, and ensure safety and HIPAA compliance.
