Facilities Maintenance Technician

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the Building Automation System, including alarms, communication errors, and equipment malfunctions, and coordinate with specialized vendors until problems are fully resolved.;
Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot, diagnose, and facilitate repairs on all building systems and equipment.;
Assess, service, and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, dishwashers, and food preparation equipment.;
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment history using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).;
Assist in developing and managing the annual repair and maintenance budget, including capital improvement programs, and track expenses to provide monthly reconciliations and budget status updates to management.
