Pest Control Technician--Kenosha, Wisconsin

Overview

OPC Pest Services is rapidly expanding across Southern Wisconsin and we are hiring Pest Control Technicians to perform pest management services in your hometown. These positions offer full‑time employment year‑round. No pest control experience necessary.

• Competitive compensation: training wage starting at $25 per hour, then 18% commission on services completed with potential to earn between $60,000 and $80,000 annually or more.
• Earn uncapped monthly sales commissions.

• Deliver high‑quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to commercial and residential customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters.
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth.
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services.
• Develop and maintain records of field activities such as service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements.
• Partner with call center and office staff to schedule, reschedule, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary.

• No experience in pest control necessary.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass a criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions.
