R&L Spring, a family-owned manufacturer in Lake Geneva, WI, seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician (1st shift) to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. You will read schematics, diagnose motor/drive issues, and perform preventive maintenance to keep operations safe and efficient.
The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic proficiency. LOTO adherence and basic welding skills are preferred.
