Make Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to join our team in Lake Jackson, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing rental properties for new tenants by performing maintenance, repairs, and cleaning to ensure each unit meets our quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental units, including painting, cleaning, and minor carpentry.
• Inspect units to ensure they meet company standards before tenant move-in.
• Coordinate with property management and vendors to complete make ready tasks efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Document work completed and report any issues or additional repairs needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience as a Make Ready Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
