Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance across the property, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This role involves routine, corrective, and cosmetic tasks, plus make-ready duties for unit turnover.
You will respond to resident requests, perform pool maintenance with proper chemical logs, and uphold safety standards while keeping inventory and records up to date. On-call emergencies may be required.
