Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartment and condominium units, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical components, and appliances.;
Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and address emergency issues in a timely and professional manner.;
Prepare units for move-in by completing detailed inspections, identifying needed repairs, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.;
Handle turnover of apartments, including repairs, painting, cleaning touch-ups, and minor renovations as needed.;
Travel to multiple properties throughout the day to complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
