Maintenance Porter

Mary's Woods is looking for a Maintenance Porter to join our Facility Services team. As a Maintenance Porter, you will be part of the team that is responsible for deliveries, general maintenance, and clean-up of the buildings and grounds of Mary’s Woods. You will be contributing to the maintenance, upkeep, and operations of the premises to create a safe and beautiful community for residents and their guests to enjoy.

You must be able to relate positively and favorably to staff, residents, and families, and enjoy working on a team.

Mary's Woods is a non-profit senior living community founded in 2001. We offer independent living, assisted living, memory care and residential care in a park-like setting on 40 acres in Lake Oswego. We pride ourselves on our rich heritage, spirit of caring and welcoming culture.

• Responsible for assisting with the set-up and clean-up for special functions at Mary's Woods
• Empty trash and recycle bins
• Deliver mail and packages to residents, sisters, and employees
• Ensure that all areas remain neat and free of litter
• Perform“trash-out” duties at vacated apartments, removing all abandoned furniture, trash, boxes, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance on property efficiently to respond to the needs of Mary's Woods

• Education and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a High School Diploma
• Must have a current valid drivers license

From $18.50 per hour

The starting wagedependson experience, certification and education.

• Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

This is a full-time position thatwill include working weekends, evenings and holidays.
