We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of assigned areas. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning.
• Clean and polish elevators daily, ensuring mirrors and surfaces remain spotless.
• Remove trash from premises and assist with emergency cleaning when required.
• Monitor cleaning and maintenance supply levels and inform Supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• As applicable, clean and sanitize restrooms including:
  Sweeping and mopping floors. Refilling dispensers (hand towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.). Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and counters. Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.
• Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or deficiencies to Supervisor.

Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm Salary: $20-$21 DOE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE LAKE WORTH/GREENACRES AREA.
