Performs cleaning/maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning;
Informs Supervisor of needed supplies and maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals;
Completes daily work orders and inspects assigned areas daily to report discrepancies;
Maintains sanitary conditions and a professional relationship with building staff;
Completes restrooms cleaning when applicable and ensures security procedures are followed
