- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across common areas
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Inspect buildings, mechanical rooms, clubhouse, pool areas, and identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain community appearance: sidewalks, entry signs, gate areas, parking lots, clubhouse, etc.
- Assist vendors when needed and report issues to management.
- Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Emergency response for urgent maintenance issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across common areas

- Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Emergency response for urgent maintenance issues.
- Previous experience in property/community/HOA maintenance strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of general repairs.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work both indoors and outdoors.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
