What you’ll do:
  • Lead facility and manufacturing maintenance activities.
  • Responsible for supervising the troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all aspects of maintenance in the facilities.
  • Create and implement maintenance procedures and PM’s.
  • Management of all service and replacement parts inventory.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatics equipment.
  • Disassemble, inspect, evaluate, reassemble and checkout any manufacturing or maintenance equipment that fails to operate or perform it’s intended function.
  • Oversee & manage relationships with contractors and third party service providers. Perform all necessary repair actions or evaluate and hire the appropriate third party vendor to ensure all equipment is maintained in the best possible operating condition and under the safest conditions possible.
  • Records observations of equipment wear, potential failure, and/or safety issues identified during Preventative Maintenance (PM).
  • Insure all hazardous materials are properly labeled, stored, and handled for proper disposal.
  • Utilizing machine tool manuals, technical documents, internal and vendor resources to research machine and facility issues.
  • Ensuring proper documentation is completed and maintained for service history and maintenance for easy access.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
  • Documents all changes made and communicates all changes to proper channels.
  • Leverage and use ERP System to record all PM related activities.
  • Participate in required meetings and training, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
What we are looking for
  • Able to work flexible hours due to business needs product or equipment delays or unexpected event
  • 5+ years’ experience and background in troubleshooting in mechanical/electrical/plumbing, CNC machine repair;
    Okuma CNC Repair background a plus.
  • Leadership, management, technical, communication, and presentation skills are a must.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
  • Ability to read and speak English in order to comprehend and participate in safety, hazard communication, company meetings and continuous training.

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the salary pay range for this role is $100,000-$130,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
