Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift; Afternoon

Occasional emergency callbacks are rare.

• Troubleshoot and complete general repairs (plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC support)
• Handle daily work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
• Assist with basic grounds upkeep to maintain campus appearance
• Help with event setup (tables, chairs, light logistics)
• Identify and address issues before they become larger problems
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed

• 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
• Comfortable handling general repairs across multiple systems
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in work
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver s license

• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience is a plus
• Experience in a school, church, or similar institutional setting

• Monday to Friday, 2nd shift (afternoon/evening hours)
• Occasional evening or weekend support for events
• No scheduled on-call rotation; rare emergency callback only
• Active, hands-on role (lifting, climbing ladders, indoor/outdoor work)
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs
