Facilities Cleaning Associate
Location: Lakeland, FL
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Training: 1 week on 1st shift
Position Summary: Ad-Vance Talent Solutions is seeking a reliable Facilities Cleaning Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility in Lakeland. This position requires working independently and performing daily cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior glass doors (3 times per week)
- Maintain kitchen and lunchroom areas, including trash removal, surface cleaning, floor care, and restocking supplies
- Clean and stock restrooms daily
- Sweep and mop floors in common areas and change out rooms
- Empty office trash and vacuum floors (3 times per week)
- Dust blinds, windowsills, baseboards, and moldings
- Remove scuff marks and maintain clean corridors and work areas
- Ensure paper products, soap, and other consumables remain stocked
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Experience using basic cleaning equipment and supplies
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
