• Facilitate and maintain the PM program (routine) for the maintenance department.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate non‑routine work and repairs.
• Configure new and maintain existing operations, equipment and processes.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of Publix’s part procurement practices.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and the ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatics for all equipment and systems.
• Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot.
• Ability to multi‑task and demonstrate time management skills (plan, organize and follow‑through on tasks).
• Project management skills and ability to manage projects using time and resource management.
• Ability to teach others how to use manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to analyze information and data.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in written format.
• Ability to work independently and be a self‑starter.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (SAP).
• Knowledge of power and electrical systems and controls.
• Knowledge of manufacturing plant or distribution warehousing facilities.
• Knowledge of safety pertaining to construction and maintenance.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations if working in a food manufacturing facility.

• Knowledge of computer electronics, ladder logic, and electrical control systems, including programmable logic control systems. This also includes knowledge of electrical power distribution systems and high voltage equipment.
