Overview
Janitorial, maintenance and landscaping technician - we are seeking a dependable, self‑motivated individual to join our team in a multi‑skilled role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of our campus. Each of these three phases could be a part of the average work week. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, versatile individual who takes pride in keeping buildings and grounds clean, safe, and well maintained.
We value highly a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks.
- Experience in janitorial services, general maintenance and landscaping is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and lawn equipment operation.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and have the flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is needed.
