Blue Roc Premier is actively searching for a seasoned and skilled Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our communities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a multi-family setting, possess excellent technical skills, and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

• Maintenance Repairs:
  Conduct general maintenance repairs and ensure the functionality of various systems within the property.
• Unit Preparation:
  Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they meet the standards for move-in.
• Technical Expertise:
  Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Safety and Cleanliness:
  Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the community operates according to safety standards.
• Communication:
  Effectively communicate with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors to address maintenance issues promptly.

  Collaborate with the service team to enhance curb appeal and uphold high standards for the property.

• HVAC 608 Certification is a MUST.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge

• Effective communication skills with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors
