Northeast Alternatives is seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanic to be the technical authority for Massachusetts facilities. You will own the chiller plant, air handling, wastewater and environmental controls, and serve as the escalation point for maintenance and facilities technicians.
The role includes building a preventive maintenance program and asset registry. You'll mentor teammates, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with leadership on capital repairs.
