Maintenance Technician

Our client, a property management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician 3, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting property upkeep and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Perform plumbing repairs such as fixing or replacing faucets and toilets, diagnosing water leaks, and operating sewer cleanout augers.
• Handle electrical tasks including replacing light fixtures, outlets, and understanding circuit breakers and fuses.
• Oversee community curb appeal by managing groundskeeping activities like lawn mowing, planting flowers, and weeding.
• Complete clean outs of homes and ensure all work orders are finished efficiently and on time.
• Read water meters for each home and conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies.

• 2-3 years of experience in general labor, groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance.
• 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing.
• Ability to be physically active, including walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and use technology in a basic capacity, including operating a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
