Schedule:

8 am – 1 pm.

• Assume responsibility for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the school and its site.
• Clean classrooms, offices, hallways, entryways, restrooms, and other common areas on a regular basis and after events.
• Dust, clean, and sanitize surfaces, including windows, ledges, desks, tables, and countertops.
• Perform specialized cleaning such as stripping and waxing floors as required.
• Comply with health and safety codes, including OSHA standards.
• Perform minor building maintenance, including bulb replacement, furniture repair, and basic plumbing, heating, and electrical repairs.
• Set up furniture and equipment for community use and school events.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Ability to climb an 8‑ft step ladder and/or reach up to a height of 12 ft.

$26.07 per hour.
