Job Description
Ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.
Essential Responsibilities- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. They must work inside and outside in all weather conditions. They must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty‑five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
Rare or regular travel may be required. Incumbents must work a flexible schedule, including calls during evenings, weekends and holidays.
$14.50 – $18.00 per hour.
Additional Compensation- Corporate positions may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
