Facilities Maintenance Technician
Ocean Spray is hiring for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of its corporate facilities.
Responsibilities- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Respond to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and common areas.
- Assist with snow removal as needed.
- Support material handling, including moving furniture and office setups.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as required.
- Provide backup mailroom coverage as needed.
- Required: Knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and practices in facility maintenance.
- Required: Skill in operation of power/manual tools and light/heavy equipment.
- Required: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Required: Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Required: Flexible schedule (on call once every three weeks).
- Preferred: 2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial or office environment.
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).
Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience.
Annual Salary: $44,900 - $61,710.
