Job Overview:
We are hiring a motivated and reliable Maintenance – General Laborer to join our crew! This is a physically active position that includes cleaning, equipment operation, and general labor on various job sites. No experience necessary — just bring a good attitude and the willingness to learn.
- Shovel and sweep work areas to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Clean towers
- Clean inside industrial mixers
- Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE (provided: vest, hard hat, safety glasses)
- Physically able to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willing to work outdoors and in industrial settings
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- On-the-job training and mentorship programs
