* Location:

** Lakeway, TX

* Schedule:

** Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
** Payrate:** $23.00/Hour
*
* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Assist bldg. engineers with exterior as well as interior physical inspection of the buildings
-reporting deficiencies.
* Assist bldg. Engineers replacing lamps in common areas and tenant spaces, common corridors, stairwells, restrooms, and janitorial, mechanical, and electrical rooms.
* Touch up painting as needed in all common areas.
* Replace damaged or broken ceiling tiles as needed.
* Assist the bldg. Engineer with inspecting, maintaining, and repairing as needed all access doors into the buildings, ensuring proper use and function.
* Perform inspections on vacant spaces for cleanliness and ensure they are  Market Ready. .
* Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of assigned maintenance work orders.
* Ability to exercise good judgment.
