Our Groundskeepers are essential team members who maintain the overall curb appeal of our apartment communities. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents while providing excellent customer service.

• Property Maintenance: Perform daily property walks and maintain curb appeal. Remove trash and debris from common areas. Assist with seasonal property needs like snow removal and leaf clearance.
• Operations: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure proper use and storage of tools and vehicles.
• Customer Service: Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally. Communicate work status and potential issues to the Service Manager.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA and company safety standards. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Estimated Rate of Pay: $20.24 - $23.10 per hour. Non-exempt. Sign‑on bonus of $1,000
* will be paid following completion of 90 days of employment. The position will close on August 17, 2026.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of previous experience as a Groundskeeper or similar function preferred.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• General computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of and ability to use grounds tools and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
