• This role pays $28 per hour

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare and organize materials and equipment before starting a task.
• Report equipment/items to supervisor that need repair immediately.
• Respond to occasional building emergencies as needed by the supervisor.
• Report all incidents/accidents to supervisor.
• Perform daily rounds and check of various systems as assigned, including related record keeping.
• Share on call duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least eighteen years of age with the ability to read, write and speak English.
• Formal training in vocational school or trade apprenticeship program preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 1 years building maintenance work experience.
• Completion of a background check may include drug screen, physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to work in different physical positions to complete tasks, while providing a variety of physically demanding maintenance-related tasks inside and outside the building; good manual dexterity and ability to work with tools and equipment; may need to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.

Full‑time, working Monday through Friday, with occasional on‑call Saturdays/Sundays as needed.
