Red Peak is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain and improve the condition of our apartment communities in Colorado. The role covers electrical, HVAC, plumbing work and general maintenance, including monitoring contractors and assisting with safety programs.
You'll handle on-call rotations, respond to service requests promptly, and ensure residents experience safe, clean environments. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.
