Job Summary We are looking for a Full-time (or Part-time) professional housekeeper to join our team at Crossroads at Lakewood, a busy memory care community in Lakewood, Colorado. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors with dementia by attending to their personal rooms - and community as a whole - with integrity and attention to detail.

Your goal is to maintain a clean and orderly environment for our residents and a welcoming community atmosphere for their visiting family members and guests.

• Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, making beds, etc.
• Inspect all rooms and ensure they meet our community's high standards
• Report any damages to the rooms to director staff
• Respond to requests and/or family complaints with professionalism and patience
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner in a senior living environment preferred
• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality
• Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods
