Custodial

Custodial staff are responsible for assuring the common areas of the condominium are maintained in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include cleaning and maintenance of all floor surfaces, trash removal, snow removal (sidewalks, entrances, landings, and stairs), cleaning of amenity rooms including the guest suite, party, and meeting rooms. cleaning stairwells, bathrooms, etc. In addition, staff are responsible for the receiving and releasing of small packages at the loading dock area.

Work hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Staff work flex schedules that include Saturday and Sunday hours. Qualified candidates must have a strong work ethic and the ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds. Each position has assigned areas and duties that must be completed each day. Prior experience not necessary training will be provided to an individual that is motivated and willing to work.
