Building Maintenance Technician
A local apartment complex is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician who will conduct the day-to-day high rise condominium maintenance and upkeep. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; plus rotating on call 24/7.
Job Duties:
- HVAC system maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upkeep and repair
- Repair leaks, make carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs
- Complete work orders efficiently and courteously
- Maintain pool maintenance
- Perform all general and preventative maintenance duties
